- Picking & Packing— From there, one of our employees picks out all of the items on the packing slip which have been organized and stored in our warehouse. The bulk of the pick and pack service occurs in this step. The custom, efficient systems we put in place like our inventory storage strategy and pick and pack method will save time, money, and energy. After the items in the order have been gathered they are taken to the packaging station where they are packed, sealed, and labeled. - Order Shipping— Once packed, the shipments are sorted and picked up by the designated carrier.
